  Nice original miners cottage. Clean and with everything you could possibly need. It was just like stepping back in time. Plenty of space and off street parking. One tip if you are tall the main bedroom only has a double bed so you may want to opt for the 2 singles at the back of the house.

  Dorothy was at the cottage when we arrived. Made us feel welcome. My Nanna's Place was cosy. All the comforts of home. Great place to come home to after being a tourist all day. Clean, warm and relaxing. Walking distance to the main shopping area. I would recommend My Nanna's Place to anyone who is looking for accommodation in Broken Hill.Thank you Dorothy. My sister, brother in-law and myself stayed at the cottage from the 20/7/16 for 5 nights.

  I would definitely recommend my nannas place. We stayed there for 5 nights very comfortably ( husband, wife & sister ). We were able to meet Dorothy the owner of the house at the house to get the key & a quick run down of the house. The house was cosy, clean & had everything we needed, it was home away from home with an old charm feeling. The house is walking distance to the main shopping area & restaurants. Dorothy was available on her mobile to answer any questions we had. It was great to come back to a cosy house rather than a motel room after being a tourist all day. The shower was great & the house was warm on those cold nights. The beds were comfortable & had enough blankets to keep warm. Thankyou Dorothy. We will definitely stay again if we are in the outback again.

  We have been coming here for the last five years and love it. It's just like walking into nannas house. Everything is so neat, clean and thought of, down to the washing powder for the washing machine. A great place to stay if you want to see the sights around Broken Hill and beyond.

  We really enjoyed our stay at My Nanna's Place, a miner's cottage, located close to the city centre and mine. It has a homely feel, with three bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, bathroom, internal laundry, and cosy lounge room with big screen TV. The rose garden at the front adds to the charm. I would certainly choose to stay at My Nanna's Place again if we are ever back in Broken Hill.
