    The Broken Hill Susan's store is a total gem. There are very few clothing purchase options in Broken Hill and it has a good range of up to date, mid range cost clothing of good quality. The staff are lovely and honest when you ask for an opinion. Even if they do not have your size available a customer can check the cut and quality of a garment and then purchase online. The new manager is lovely. The store however is let down by Sussans upper management. This store has a good clientele and sells a lot of garments, however it has not been updated in living memory. The air conditioning is poor, the changerooms are tiny and uncomfortable, the floor is lumpy and obviously in need of repair and the carpet is very old and worn. Can the people of Broken Hill have an update of this store, please!
